ACE Certified Personal Trainer, TPI L2 ~ Rob's love for physical fitness began at the age of five when he discovered his skill and excitement for competitive swimming. At Ohio University, Rob specialized in the breaststroke and finished in the top eight in the Mid-American Conference. Rob graduated from OU in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business degree. Rob has been introduced to a variety of training techniques and theories, including the traditional bodybuilding aspects of exercise to more complex sports medicine perspective. Rob can train any age, those with illness or injury, in need of significant weight loss or an athlete of any caliber. As a Triathlon Coach, Rob is able to instruct and teach the necessary training methods of bicycling, running, swimming, nutrition and strength training to compete properly. Rob's credentials include ACE Personal Training Certification, CPR/AED Certified, First Aid Certified, ACE Exercise for Older Adults and is an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Bachelor of Science– Human Nutrition ~ Alix grew up in Powell, Ohio, where being active was a big part of her childhood. In addition to competitive cheerleading, Alix played recreational soccer and was a member of her middle and high school track & field team. After graduating from Olentangy Liberty High School, Alix received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University in 2021. At the same time, Alix’s passion for integrative and holistic wellness led her to pursue a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which she used to start her own business. Alix’s experience allows her to train any age, those with limitation or injury, in need of weight loss or weight gain, or an athlete of any caliber. She plans to pursue more certifications to expand her ability to help more people improve their health and quality of life.

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, SPT, CSCS ~ A dedicated student physical therapist and highly skilled fitness professional, provides personalized training and manual stretching sessions that are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of individuals. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the NSCA and an ACSM personal trainer (CPT), Colton possesses a wealth of knowledge in optimizing physical performance and enhancing overall fitness in athletic and general populations. Colton offers a comprehensive approach to training, combining tailored exercises, targeted mobility techniques, and performance-based strategies. Whether you are looking to improve strength, flexibility, athletic performance, or just general well-being, Colton is dedicated to guiding you towards your desired outcomes and helping you reach your individual goals.
